If one of the items that arrive in your kit is defective/damaged or has a shorter lifespan than warranted, you will be eligible for a replacement.
Please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to receive a replacement for. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order. If you have created an account on the Georgia Power Kit Program Portal you can also submit a return request by visiting your My Account page.
Shipping will be limited to the zip codes within the service territories of participating customers in the Georgia Power area.
Please allow 7-10 days for order processing and shipping.
Once your order is shipped we will sent you a confirmation which your shipments tracking code.
